Ellison's Third Day!

Ellie's third day started even better than her second!
She only woke up once in the night to eat and we finally got a little closer to a normal night sleep.
As normal as a night as one can have sleeping in hospital.
She came in this morning very bright eyed and in a great mood. Maybe because she knew she was going home.

The morning went quite well. Kate and Ellie spent some time with the Lactation Consultant and I spent most of the morning putting everything together and packing up the car.

Upon our arrival home we found that our families had gone a little crazy decorating the house.

The stork was courtesy of Gma Murphy, Colleen and Erin and the interior was Courtney and Cyndi. Unfortunately the camera died so more of what Courtney and Cyndi did to our home will have to wait till tomorrow.

Ellie's first night at home was spent meeting Stanley and watching the Bears game with her Gma & Gpa Murphy and Aunt Erin...more like listening to Frank and Shad scream at the TV... and a little more R&R.

A proud Grandpa Murphy takes over holding Ellie during half time of the game

Tomorrow we will put up more pics of our newly pink decorated house along with a bunch of great pictures that some of Ellie's visitors snapped.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes! We can't wait to talk to you all soon.

Please feel free to give us a call anytime!
